What a great place to build your dream home and hunt out of your back door! Approx. 27 acres with the option to purchase an additional 2 acres that is listed separately at $69,900 that has a pole barn and a Jayco camper. The seller has done a lot of habitat work, as seen in the photos. Food plots, switch grass, and hinge cuts have been the main work. A box blind and most tree stands will stay with the property. A select timber harvest is about to take place that will thicken up the wood lot. Some great bucks have been taken and sellers biggest to date came just this fall. Lots of great trail cam photos as well. 2 wetlands really complement this property, one in the front and one in the back. This will hunt much larger than 27-29 acres.
